The Advantage of Adaptive Technology Solutions

Updated: Feb 6, 2023

Caring for your loved ones when they have a mental or physical impairment can be challenging, time-consuming, expensive, and tiring.

At Wynn-Reeth we aim to assist caregivers to enable their loved ones to be better equipped to interact with their environment. We have achieved this with many of our individuals with our Adaptive and Assistive Technology solutions.

According to The World Health Organization, only 1 in 10 people in need have access to adaptive technology due to high costs and lack of awareness, availability, trained personnel, policy, and financing.

Our comprehensive process enables our individuals to perform daily activities better. The services we offer assist our individuals making it easier for them to communicate within their environment.

Our Adaptive Technology solution process begins with an assessment by our trained professionals to determine the best solution for the specific individual's requirements, living situation, and advancement of ailments.

The people who most need adaptive technology include:

  • People with disabilities

  • Older people

  • People with noncommunicable diseases such as diabetes and stroke

  • People with mental health conditions including dementia and autism

  • People with a gradual functional decline

We work with our individuals and their caregivers and family members to understand the current support they are receiving and any additional support needed to ensure we are providing the necessary assistance.

Our solutions can range from assistive ancillary supplies.
